On request, any of the brands the Groupe SEB equipment replacement parts are delivered within 24 to 48 hours for the repair. They can troubleshoot a failure which may occur on one of the parts of the product with the brands, beyond the standard guarantee period.
Groupe SEB ensures the sustainability of its products, through a local network of more than 6500 authorized repair professionals worldwide. The consumer can locate the authorized repairer nearest their home via the brand websites.
